Dream Eastbrook Showhome
As part of my internship with Dream, I collaborated with the marketing, sales, and construction teams to help launch a new showhome in the Eastbrook community. The goal was to create a sales center that was both inviting and informative—effectively showcasing Dream’s floorplans, design palettes, and lifestyle offerings.
Design brief
We needed collateral pieces that would be effective at marketing, styling, and branding our sales centers to create a strong impression with a welcoming atmosphere for interested customers to come in and browse our showhomes. A streamlined way to communicate with the construction team was necessary to ensure accurate and timely installation of the various collateral.
The solution
Concept guide
I co-designed a detailed technical guide outlining measurements, layouts, and installation instructions for every marketing piece. This guide streamlined collaboration across teams and minimized install errors.
Marketing and brand collateral
I designed a wide range of branded materials—from a large magnetic wall showcasing the community site map to small stickers that highlighted unique home features. Each item was thoughtfully crafted to enhance the buyer journey and support the on-site sales agents.
Impact
This project sharpened my ability to design within brand systems while balancing creativity with precision. It also gave me experience managing cross-functional communication and scaling design from large formats to small, detail-oriented assets.
